Yeah, those companies that move to those southern cities love the low wages they can offer.
and with those low wages comes a lower cost of living, often better weather and many who relocate end up loving living in the south. That is why so many southern cities are growing. Don't knock it, if you haven't' tried it!!!'

All this talk about higher wages in the northern cities is true but it doesn't matter unless compared to the cost of living. I've heard that NW Arkansas area is nice but I haven't made it there yet.

How did you know there are blacks in eastern Massachusetts? Did you veer into the black ghetto of Roxbury once?
I look forward to the leadership of Detroit and Baltimore running the South...... lets see how well things go. Several northern cities appear Post-Apocalyptic in nature due to "progressives".
Well, you could apply this to their minority populations, as they vote overwhelmingly Democratic, but these states are all red states. Whites vote overwhelmingly Republican, and statistics back this up (you can do a quick Google search for more info.)
Of course, it could all just be a coincidence that voting patterns fall into these categories...
