Kind of normal stuff for downtown cincy after many concerts. Years ago during one of the big festivals was down there and groups of kids,under 12 yrs old running around trying to be scary yelling how bad they were. Oh were we scared !who the heck would let little kids run any large city streets by themselves.Someone didnt have very good parenting skills. Dayton has had same issues but more in the line of threatening,name calling after some of the downtown festivals. Its hard to have nice things going for the populous when the alcolhol and drugs takes over. Humanity at its best.

What we didn't see is what started it. He could have initiated it, and by the way he acted in the 2nd sound, it looks like he did initiated it. Prolly trying at act like a hard $#$.
