If Dylann bought it himself, the Gun Store owner would have been on a TV interview a long time ago.
According to all reports he bought it himself with the money the father gave him, he did not have a job or money. Seems like the uncle was more aware of his problems than the father, seems like giving him money was a bad idea just based on his drug problem.
It was the UNCLE who recognized Roof in the video. The one who REPORTED his nephew to the police. The same UNCLE who said the gun was a B-day present from the father.
I'm guessing the story change to protect the father.
---
Where are the camera footage of Dylann at the gun store? Exactly.
If he didn't buy it why did the FBI say there was a failure in the background check system? If he didn't buy it there wouldn't have been any background check to fail.
So are you going to believe poor, biased, media reporting about what the uncle supposedly said or are you going to believe the FBI? What possible reason would the FBI have to lie about screwing up the background check when, if your version is true, they would just say one wasn't run.
Here the link to the original story in the Washington Post:
" The lapse was the result of errors not only by the FBI but by the Lexington County prosecutors’ office, and Comey said he has ordered a review of procedures that led to the failure. The errors came to light as investigators examined a gun purchase Roof made two months before the shooting in Charleston.
Roof had been arrested for possession of narcotics in February, a felony charge that alone did not disqualify him from buying a gun. But Comey said that Roof’s subsequent admission of the drug crime would have triggered an automatic rejection of his gun purchase if the information had been properly recorded in background-check databases."
It's understandable that you cannot answer my question.
I asked you what jurisdiction are you talking about, right?
Where did the person you were responding to talk about jurisdiction, you know, that's why I asked you that question.
Where did the person who you responded to say "make it easier" for criminals to get guns?
Stop playing word games, it a liberal leftist/anti gunner theme...
Kinda like "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" (in a bill clinton voice).

This country is run by fools, the media enables those fools, and this country has millions and millions of stupid fools you can trick so easily with that "what's that over there" trick.
All it proves is that the existing system needs to be fixed.
Exactly, I don't know why gun nuts have to say otherwise...
