Of course it is Obama's fault.. all those illegals washing their brand new cars in California. After all 2 million illegals have a drivers license now and they love their new shiny cars.

The powers that be have let water that could have been used for irrigation or used my municipalities, to flow unrestricted out to the ocean so as to provider a great little habitat for dang stinking minnow. Well this can go 2 ways, that he is full of BS. or living here, I know some who sincerely believe, more illegals living here, more water being spent. Only because do you know how many of those people live in a house. And that does make sense. I live here.
That can be a contributing factor, along with a slew of others. Take your pick. But population is growing and illegals contribute to that.
Some of you think you have the right answers, all the time, but to others, they have the right answers, we can go round and round.
