The evolving evidence of history shows how confused and wrong liberals have been.

To be fair, our embargo crippled their ability to purchase/import basic medical supplies. It doesn't prove their health care system doesn't work, it just proves it doesn't work if the US puts a worldwide embargo on anyone selling you medical supplies.
