The guy who said "I'm going to put my gun to his head" to the police dispatcher then shot an unarmed person who was backing up according to eyewitnesses, and shot him in the back (entry wounds in the back).
Do you think it's okay to shoot someone who is backing away from you who is unarmed?
So he just didnt go to the house to get his address. He went there to confront him.
How far was he hoibg to take that confrontation? Willing to bet your life he only wants to curse you out some more?
The guy did confront him in his driveway, unarmed. An eyewitness states when he pulled the gun, Gonzalez started backing up..then Doyle shot him, and THEN Doyle pointed the gun at the now dead mans wife and kid and told them to get out of the car....
And that is a good shoot?
It's amazing how so many people here won't even bother to read the news articles, and again..a big part of it is that this kind of stuff excites them ...is it what you live for, to do something like this someday?
This was not hard facts. You are just taking what the news media tells you. Another eyewitness reported something completely different.
We don't know the hard facts until the trial if there's one.
Doyle is the type of person (many like him who post here regularly) who is such a powerless loser that his only motivation in life seems to be finding an excuse to shoot someone with his little gun/power fetish.
Stupid. You're an emotional wreck. Pull yourself together.
If nobody has a gun in this situation, everyone would have lived.
But somebody did have a gun. Now one guy is dead, his family is ruined, and the shooter has ruined his own life.
Sure about that? You don't need a gun to beat someone to death. Or just be in such a rage and go up to someone and hit them and when they fall they hit a rock' or the door they had open.
Don't follow someone to their home. If someone follows me to my home gets out their car I'm not taking the chances they just want to give me a good cursing or one good punch to get their anger out of them.
We just had a similar incident in Missouri the other day, wasn't road rage it was an argument in a park about throwing beer cans on the ground. One guy wanted to continue the argument as the other guy and his family were leaving so he headed toward their car and the guy leaving feared for his safety and shot the unarmed man dead. No charges were filed and the man was free to go.
