Seems that PP were not selling fetal tissue but transporting it as allowed by the law. UPS does not work for free.

The video was carefully edited to create outrage. It was, but as the actual situation is reveled, a skilled piece of propaganda. Was is the important factor. The anti abortion control freaks just lost another false attack.

PP is very heavily restricted and regulated. Abortion is a very small part of the much needed services they provide for many of the female citizens. Continued Federal funding of Planned Parenthood is a very good use of our taxes.

Yet the woman is the one who get's pregnant. The man can jump on a train and disappear. I would say it's in her interest to say NO much louder. And I still don't understand why an innocent baby has to pay the price for her inability to assert or control herself.

Scandal? No. Scandals tend to have some reality. Lies OTOH...

A very edited video. Easy to make things look one way, when the whole truth isn't being told.

That makes sense, and like expected right wingers ate it up like it was truth without bothering to actually check to see if this video was fake or not.

Pro life advocates seem to believe all abortions are done as a form of birth control, because the woman wasn't responsible enough. How do you explain her responsibility when rape and incest occur? What of the number of women given a drug for date rape, what about the 13-14 year old girl that is sexually active. Do you believe a 13 year old girl is mature enough to make good choices when it comes to birth control/protection? We certainly do not in other areas of their decision making. I am not encouraging young teens to be sexually active, but it certainly occurs more than many want to admit. (It has been that way since the beginning of time, because the youth believe they are invincible.)

Since both pro life and pro choice advocates have a common goal of seeing an end to abortions (yes, we really would rather there not have to be abortions) then we must work together to provide our youth with the correct tools they need to keep protected not only from pregnancy but from a host of other venereal diseases that they can be exposed to. PPH is a wonderful resource for those unable to get the facts from their parents. Sexual education in the schools must be accurate. Believe it or not PPH talks about all forms of birth control, including abstinence (which is explained as the only 100% effective BC). Men must be educated too. If you love your sons, you also must want them safe from disease as well as becoming a father when they are 14 years old.

Now, for those who want to have a baby and find themselves in the horrid situation of needing to abort d/t severe malformations of the child, or issues that compromise the mother's life, how can you call them irresponsible? Again, leave these decisions between the mother, her doctor, and her Higher Being (should she believe that way).

I can almost guarantee that if men were able to conceive, they would insist that others have no right to tell them what to do w/their pregnant body.

have you ever taken a pregnancy to term? labored and delivered a baby? then give it up for adoption? lets hear about your experience with that.

if a young woman doesn't want to remain pregnant and be a breeder for people who can't bear their own children she most certainly does not have to.

Under our laws, she does not have to, but our laws are wrong.

Under our laws one person could own another person, separate a family by selling members of that family, rape and kill, and all without violating the law.

Now it is a fetus that is not a person and the laws have been changed once again.

It is no longer family members being sold.

Now it is infant hearts, livers and kidneys.

What`s new in the world?

As for being a breeder, the connection between copulating and pregnancy cannot be overstated.

Grow up.

Take some responsibility for your actions.

No the medieval solution was orphanages and workhouses for unwanted children.

But of course people are only now having children out of wedlock and having children that they can ill afford.

Make sure you have EVERY woman that you have sex with sign a "No Abortion" contract if the condom breaks. If you do not, then you are not only a misogynist, but a hypocritical misogynist.

Earlier in the thread someone posted an unedited video that was close to 2 hrs long. It pretty much proved that the editing did not change the context of the original recording. It just shortened it.
