If that was the case, then he wouldnt have said "a socialist", he would have simply said socialist. Or he was just using bad grammar.

You are certainly providing an excellent example of how morons like this rise and stay in power.

Lets review this situation.

In Matthews interview, he compared a singular to a singular to which you both deny and claimed he said an entire explanatory phrase that never came out of his mouth, but im the reason morons rise to power( the power of a figure head, something you also didnt know).

You are certainly providing an excellent example of why the Chairwomen avoids stupid questions.

I forced myself to listen to that mush-mouth, but wasn't surprised at her silence. The Democrats have moved so far left, it's hard to distinguish them from Socialists.

LOL. Are you sure you just haven't moved far to the right that your vision is clouded?

You're misrepresenting what was said, why should anyone take your opinion serious on the matter?

WW, You're quoting a political assessment delivered (literally) over a hundred years ago. The Democratic party in America has changed significantly since the early 1900s. Modern Democratic base is completely steeped in Marxist ideology: I would argue their core principle is Marxist wealth redistribution/eradication of class and ethnic stratification (at any cost).. I get that both parties contain individual elitist leaders who are themselves members of a capitalist class, but contemporary Dems are typically advancing/repping the interests of their patronage system, not Big Business.

My opinion, Matthews should've asked what's the difference between a modern Democrat, and a Marxist (or he could've used Commie for dramatic effect) ?

Several lefties have complained that the question was asked, with at least one referring to it as stupid.

Why is it a stupid or inappropriate question? OK, if it put her on the spot and she wants to try again later, that's cool. Maybe it was too deep and hard for her in that setting without notice.

But 50 posts into this thread, still nobody on the left can explain what Democrats and the left generally support that American socialists do not generally support. It appears that the American flavor of socialism and the Democratic party values on this subject are pretty much in full alignment. Hence the support for Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton's move towards that segment of the political spectrum.
