I know that since the ACA I have not seen an increase in premiums. I have only seen an increase in services offered and more discounts on health related products. The level of care is better and the service by the Docs. office is better. They now have better (updated) systems and more employees.
Well we were all aware it wasn't going to go far enough, though I wonder how many of those could be asked do you now have insurance. More people have insurance today, that is a step in the right direction.
Insurance, but poor delivery of health care. It really is about medical treatment for Americans, not so much dividends for for-profit health insurance companies, who can and will charge and collude to fix prices, up co-pays and deductibles, so that we as Americans have the luxury of having insurance. Easy access to medical care? Well that depends on all the layers of nonsense built into our convoluted system of delivery with each company and plan.

There will always be a conflict there as long as the delivery portion has profit involved. The only place profit should be involved in HC is in the R&D side.
Who do you think is paying for these systems, employees and susidized rates, not to mention the Mediaid bills of the Free Sh*t Army?
Every person who pays Federal Taxes. That means that my Federal taxes are not coming back to Me in NC.
See in NC the State Legislature has not seen the wisdom to accept the Medicaid expansion, instead they keep pumping state funds into a system which is not working.
Deloitte Center for Healthcare Solutions surveyed 3800 adults of which 406 were healthcare exchange enrolleees. The survey found that 14% of exchange enrollees ( 57 people) were not happy campers.
This limited poll reached different conclusions than non-partisan Kaiser Foundation and Commonwealth Foundation surveys which showed a 75- 80 % satisfaction rate.
People tend to buy into polls when conclusions match their own perceptions and condemn polls when conclusions contradict their perceptions.
Regardless of polls, most people perceive the cost of healthcare in the U.S. is too high.
ACA is step one, next step is to include Public Option and following that, a Universal System ...
Sure, just as soon as the U.S. flips to a REGRESSIVE tax system like the European countries have. Place the greatest tax burden directly on the lower- and middle-income earners who reap the most benefits.
The polling contradicts findings in other surveys that seemed to show higher levels of satisfaction, including a Kaiser Family Foundation poll, that found three-quarters of people on exchange plans rated their overall coverage as “excellent” or “good.”
So which polls do people want to believe?
The coverage might be good, but is it affordable? Two different things.
Oh please, how dishonest can you be? You liberals are just pathological in your avoidance of the truth. Obama sycophants have been crowing about "free" healthcare for years. Of course it's not "free" to the rest of us who have to pay for the progressives bills.
