Firstly as a total that should be expected becsue of the higher population.
Secondly depends on how you want to define mass murder, they usually use 4 or more killings.
That's a 4:1 ratio, it should be 6:1 for parity. Based on this data like murders there is higher rate of mass killings amongst the black population assuming 4 or more killings defines mass killing.
The data is based on defining mass murder as 4 or more killings. This is very flawed. Drive by shooting is a form of mass murders too. If you count those, it would dwarf all other mass killings. Some people aren't very good at murdering even they have the full intention to murder.
I think the issue is pretty obvious. Different types of people suffer from different maladies. White men prolly suffer more psychosis. Left brain issue I'd guess. Blacks kill more emotionally. Right brain driven.

This is true, but Dominicans don't consider themselves to be black. They consider themselves more white than black which is pretty hilarious IMO but that is how they are.
And FWIW, I find it interesting that some white posters are upset that hispanics and other immigrants are being classified as white. There was a thread not too long ago about hispanics and most of the people commenting in that thread, including some of he commenters in this thread spoke of how hispanics were better than blacks and how most of them were white anyway. I guess you don't want them when they commit crime.
Also as stated above, there are plenty of plain old white criminals of European descent. I wonder why you all focus so much on crime and murder. Again, some fishing trips are necessary it seems.
