The FBI should have the server soon. Hillary team already admitted to wiping it clean. We can only hope that the FBI is able to do some massive recovery on it.
I dont expect the DOJ to do much of anything. They're corrupt and I dont see that changing now unless they feel its time to do away with the Clintons.

The FBI found the company that hosted the server last week in Denver. I posted it in several other threads.

I know what it takes to get a classified document on to a non-classified system.
You don't 'accidentally' do it... It doesn't 'just' happen.

Agreed. No one with half a brain would email even a confidential document to anyone not authorized to see it, and certainly not to an unauthorized email sever.
You have to document the chain of custody trail for all confidential and above. Every time you email a document you are creating a new copy of it, and this needs to be documented. The recipient must follow all the same protocol and procedures to ensure security of that document, the same as anyone else who is allowed access and possession.
Hilary cannot just decide to make an undocumented copy of a document classified as secret and give it to someone else, without following the rules.
Something I dont fully understand and need some clarification on. Two things really.
1. Is it legal or not for her to have used a private server? I hear conflicting things on this.
2. If it is legal, why is it legal? Everyone knows that things can be unlcass one day, yet changed to classified later. So why would they allow the chance to be taken on a private server? How much sense does that make for security reasons?
And really, legal or not, it shows carelessness by Hillary.
