Notice how CA cities isn't even on the list and that the Majority of them are RED STATES. Funny how the Retardican Media makes it out to look like CA is a welfare state.
Oh how would the Red State survive w/o Federal Aid? Not only do they have tons of people on welfare, but they also depend on Government Aid because they live in a failed state.
So we have these people crying about CA 24/7 on CD. Yet, when we look at the data, it shows that CA is doing just fine. Heck, CA would be better off if we weren't forced to shell out Billions of our Tax Money to support the Failed Red States.
This really isn't a red vs blue issue. Government leaders have repeatedly failed to maintain functioning societies. Southern states (both red and blue) are the worst at it. They receive significant amounts of federal aid (outside of military spending) to support their governments but fail to do so. Northern states are being robbed by taxes in order to support these insufficient states in the South. It's not a red vs blue issue. It's a productivity issue and that's something that half this nation lacks.
When I think of the bronx, Brooklyn, Philly, St. Louis, Memphis, Detroit, and flint Michigan, I immediately think of white bible thumpers ruining prosperous black communities.

All 15 counties of the cities with the highest ratio percentage of residents on welfare voted for Obama so the premise of your argument is 100% incorrect...try again.
