Islam should be banned to protect the constition.

There are two houses in Islam; Dar-ul Harb (House of War) and Dar-ul-Islam (House of Islam). All Infidel nations fall under Dar-ul Harb. The jihad will continue till all humanity is forced to live under the oppressive Sharia Law.

You are saying in order to protect the Constitution we have to violate it?

It isnt violating the constitution when you ban the ideology that wants to destroy every aspect of it. It is protecting it.

Sounds like a rationale for rounding up Jews circa 1940s. To "protect the country"

No, what you are advocating is a clear violation of the 1st amendment. You complain about Islamic countries violating peoples ability to have freedom of religion, while advocating that the U.S. should ban people from having freedom of religion.

Worse than that look at US policy after the war. Airlines would hire Jewish pilots. After UN recognized Jewish state ;US gave little support other than individuals. They risked their citizenship if they assisted. That Israel won the 1948 war was more a miracle of God considering that they faced.

So if someone starts a religion today and links to all other religions, it is an acceptable religion even if it calls for the destruction of the constitution and subjugating Infidels. Nah.

In 1939 a boat with 973 Jews on board, fleeing Hitler's Germany, set sail for Cuba.
Cuba, The US, and Canada refused to let the boat dock.
It sailed back to Europe where a quarter of it's passengers later died in the Holocaust.

How are the Syrian refugees fleeing ISIS any different?

Europe is just seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Syrian refugees by county:
1.8 million - Turkey
1.2 million - Lebanon
630,000 - Jordan
250,000 - Iraq
133,000 - Egypt
There are 23 million Syrians. And let's not forget Iraqi and Afghan refugees.

Islam is linked to Christianity, and Judaism, as all three are Abrahamic religions.

Freedom of religion is protected by the 1st amendment, just as your ability to criticize Islam.

Islam links itself to others, not the other way around. Doesnt make it legitimate.

Islam commands for the destruction of the 1st amendment, there is a reason why there is no freedom of speech in any Muslim country.
