I think it's wonderful. 8 American citizens of Syrian background got together and purchased a boarded up and abandoned elementary school.

It's their decision what they want to do with it...

Once the refugees are settled there is nothing stopping them from moving.
MI, if any state, is going to attract lots of them.

I understand there are other cities besides Dearborn that are majority Muslim now.
