Lots of what you might call "dumbing down" here and also what is commonly referred to as the "pot calling the kettle black."
"Obamacare is the socialist take over of the healthcare industry"
Hard to read what some people write as if they know what they are writing about...
WHAT! It was more like a bail out for the health and pharmaceutical industry which is part of Corporate America, Capitalism at its worst. In Nazi Germany the government controlled the corporations but here in the good old U.S.A. the Corporations control the government.
Sheldon Wolin in 2003 to describe the emerging form of government of the United States as Inverted Totalitarianism. I call it for what it is Fascism.
Obama is anything but a Socialist, he is a war criminal in bed with the corporations, as Dr. Cornel West said “He posed as a progressive and turned out to be counterfeit. We ended up with a Wall Street presidency, a drone presidency”
He also describes Obama as “a black mascot of Wall Street oligarchs and a black puppet of corporate plutocrats. And now he has become head of the American killing machine and is proud of it.”
Those "half dozen" were cause for the Vatican to complain, so I'll ignore your empty platitude.
A single anonymous "source in the Vatican" has been expressing concerns to the WSJ, sure, but that's hardly "The Vatican".
This is:
Quote:
Asked if anyone from the Vatican had raised the issue either with the White House or with the U.S. delegation, the Vatican spokesman, the Rev. Federico Lombardi, who is traveling with the pope, e-mailed this statement to The Post: “I can only say that the invitations are in the responsibility of the White House. There has been no official statement from the Vatican on this issue.â€
Obama was late to meet the Pope, so he ordered the Holy Father's plane to fly several loops in North Carolina so he could be at the airport to meet him.
Does the Pope's visit not fuel the ancient fires that have raged between Christians, Jews and Muslims forever now?
Are we a Christian nation or a secular nation?
Only in the brains of small-minded people.

Since they are both good moral and caring men, that's a compliment to them both.
