So - do you guys still sing "home of the brave", or do you hum that bit now?
So you're an expert on what home-made bombs look like? What are you up to in your spare time?

I read. It can be rewarding. That aside, bombs that work tend to be more explosives, less electronics, no matter what the props department on your favorite TV show mock up.

Maybe he should have duct taped the clocks innards to a Delorean and claimed he invented a "time" machine?

Let's not forget that no one thought it was a REAL bomb...he got in trouble for disobeying the teacher's request for him to put it away and then became unresponsive. It was his BEHAVIOR that earned him the suspension.

It is of course absurd. But then again you brought up the knapsack so you must believe that.
"See something, say something."

This is what our pres has been telling us, now you liberals want to pretend that it's not okay.

Further, the implication was not, "see a kid with a knapsack"...the spin needs to stop. The implication was that when something LOOKS suspicious, it is NOT overreacting to "say something". That's the entire fricken point of "see something, say something".

Which is why school wasn't evacuated.

Apparently you aren't the only one who reads and knows that (or is kinda trained, like a cop, to know that).

This is the problem. These people are being brought here. They are not coming by choice, and they are not going to, nor do they want to, become Americans.

How many "Boston bombers" are being brought in? We are importing trouble for ourselves. Our system is not compatible with their beliefs. Islam is not compatible with the ideas of Liberty and Freedom. That's why it is so dangerous.

The goal of Islam is, and always has been, the destruction of Western civilization, and world domination. We are opening our doors to the most evil people in the world.

Cool disassembled clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House? We should inspire more kids like you to take things apart. It's what makes America great.

There may be more to this than meets the eye...

I have not heard anyone in the news mention is that the kid's father is an Executive Director with CAIR, which happens to be based in Texas.

Well worth reading the entire article.

Again there is no credible source of that theory. Cuban is not a credible source.

Then why would you use a knapsack as your example? An unaccompanied knapsack would in fact be a legitimate cause for concern. One on a kid's back would not be. When a kid shows you a project it would not normally be a source of concern particularly when he tells you what it is.
