If he doesn't answer you give him after school detention and call in his parent's if need be. If he continues to act up you document it and suspend him. You don't arrest him.

School doesn't need to call his parents because Ahmed's little clock is a one time deal that needed to be quashed immediately.

Obama has used Ahmed the clock maker's clocks and that is why he is late for every scheduled media event. Obamas chronic lateness has nothing to do with his disrespect for the American people, Ahmed's clocks just run slow.
From what I've read, I think Ahmed is having a huge laugh about all of this. The kid is a kid after my own heart. Sounds like he's been a real handful in school but nothing really harmful.

The teacher did what she was expected and trained to do. The cops did also.
