It seems like every other year there's a stampede and hundreds are killed. I don't understand why more safety precautions haven't been implemented to prevent such a tragedy from happening again.

It's terribly sad for the families of these people but the Superstition they follow causes people to do stupid stuff, here's another example.

Muslims killing Muslims in the name of religion is a daily occurrence.

We do it in the name of Soccer. They get called names for that also.
