California has approx. 10% of the USA population, yet it has 25% of the Forbes 400.
California is home to most of the tech companies, which is where most of our economy's growth is currently happening as investment capital is pouring into those industries -- six companies accounted for half of the growth in the NASDAQ in 2015.

Looking at the list, lots of them have been made billionaires overnight as their sites or apps have caught fire, like the founders of very new companies like WhatApp and Uber. These guys have amassed more wealth in a couple of years than someone like George Lucas has in four decades.

Hey! Elizabeth Warren! Is that you? (She thinks the system is rigged, but it's her Party that has rigged it)
Well if you understand the concept of creating wealth, why aren't you wealthy?

Some
most of the super rich have houses all over the country. Its where they declare residency. I heard Joan Rivers lived in NY but actually declared residency in CA. CA had a better death tax for her amount of money. For the aging super rich most declare residency in a better State. I mean they really don't live in their old age in NJ. HAHA!!

Those who can, do! Those who can't, proselytize.

You're exactly right. I call it the "Liberal Finite Money Theory." Can't tell you how many times i've had to pitch the same argument you make here. There are so many liberal dumbasses it's mindboggling.

Baloney. Republicans want EVERYONE who pays taxes to keep more of their own money. But you read that as 'the rich'.

And while I don't support subsidizing and bailouts, raping wealthy people of their wealth simply because you detest wealth isn't Capitalism and it isn't Democracy. It Stalinism.

A while back, didn't Michelle Bachmann worry about the coming millionaire shortage?
