What is with some Americans hating the UN? Too much Fox News, I think.
Look, the UN is an internationalist organization with an internationalist agenda. It is the New World Order. Or at least, it will be the New World Order(United States and United Nations are functionally the same terms).
Regardless, anyone who doesn't know what the UN is for, doesn't understand the real world power structure. Money is power, money wants to control the world, it always has, it always will(imperialism, monopoly capitalism, corporatism, etc).
Follow the money. It'll always leads you to the bankers, the international bankers.
Even Marx knew this, 150+ years ago. Marx's anarchist counterpart, Mikhail Bakunin knew it. Lysander Spooner knew it prior to America's Civil War. And pretty much every anti-imperialist, and anti-capitalist has known it for at least 100 years. But most Americans know absolutely nothing. They refuse to notice the men behind the curtains. And believe anyone who points them out, is crazy.
So much indoctrination and brainwashing in this country, it is pretty sad.
The world is not run on good intentions, or good absolutely anything for that matter. If the world changed seemingly for the better, it is only because that change provided governments, and their financiers, with more national or geopolitical power.
We waste $3 trillion a year on an organization that doesn't really do anything except whine about Israel. It has ignored atrocities committed by Islamic nations and authoritarian regimes, is filled with corruption, and has done nothing to punish "peacekeepers" in Africa who raped civilians that they were supposed to help. Yet it continues to critique the USA and Israel, 2 democratic countries. It's time to scrap this failed project.
