It's just simply embarrassing the lack of understanding of cause and effect....

It's simply embarrassing the lack of intelligence to think a president's policies don't carry over....

A combination of major tax cuts, 2 major wars, a new medicare part d program, and the worst global economic crisis since the great depression is going to cause a lot of issues for the next guy.

I'd give Obama a C+ so far mostly because he's leaving the next guy with a lot of the same issues, albeit a much stronger economy than 2008.

By the Jethro Bodine school of "cipherin'", $20 trillion - $10 trillion = $10 trillion. Have liberals developed a new form of mathematics that refutes traditional addition and subtraction when liberal politics are involved?

Please, by all means, tell us why addition and subtraction are no longer valid mathematical laws and why Obama has always presented budgets (despite record revenues) that have exceeded annual revenues?

Liberals are simply priceless, as it is amusing to understand that a significant percentage of the population has vacated reality for party politics and a dismissal of common sense.
The national deficit after the 2009 fiscal year that began in October of 2008 was 11.7 trillion.

20 - 11. 7 = 8.3( and im being lacks on that number seeing as the recorded debt is actually 11.87 trillion)

Now as for the rest of your post. Now as for the rest of your post, I asked you to show me how Barack Obama himself added that amount to the national debt.

What policy added 8.3 trillion to the debt, what new spending did he add. Did we go to war with someone and that add to the debt.....

She me the numbers of where he added new spending and it added up to 8.3 trillion ?

The argument from the right is that his programs caused this deficit, so im asking where this new spending came from, can you name 8.3 trillion dollars in new spending ?

no its not ok when republicans cause the debt to rise a lot

now let's look at the numbers

national debt on Jan 20, 2001...day bush took office and the republicans had the house and the senate was 50/50.........5,727,776,738,304.64

national debt on Jan 20, 2002...completed one year and the republicans had the house and the senate ..............5,922,321,839,074.39......an increase of 194 billion in one year

national debt on Jan 20, 2003...completed two years and the republicans had the house and the senate ......6,388,587,973,011.41......an increase of 466 billion

national debt on Jan 20, 2004...completed three years and the republicans had the house and the senate ......7,006,834,072,435.49....an increase of 618 billion

national debt on Jan 20, 2005...completed four years and the republicans had the house and the senate.......7,613,215,612,328.37.....an increase of 606 billion

national debt on Jan 20, 2006...completed five years and the republicans had the house and the senate.......8,175,743,292,992.87.....an increase of 562 billion

national debt on Jan 20, 2007...completed six years and the democrats take both houses.......8,675,085,083,537.48.....an increase of 499 billion...
so bush and the republicans increased the debt by almost 3 trillion (2.95 trillion) in six years

national debt on Jan 20, 2008...completed six years and the democrats have both houses.......9,188,640,287,930.39.....an increase of 513 billion

national debt on Jan 20, 2009...completed eight years , now Obama becomes president and the democrats have both houses.......10,626,877,048,913.08....an increase of 1.44 trillion
so bush and the democrats increased the debt by almost 2 trillion in two years

total debt increase under bush just under 5 trillion in eight years

national debt on Jan 20, 2010...Obama completed one year , and the democrats have both houses.......12,327,380,804,696.82......an increase of 1.7 trillion

national debt on Jan 20, 2011...Obama completed two years , and the democrats have senate, repubs just take the house.......14,056,313,474,932.58......an increase of 1.72 trillion

national debt on Jan 20, 2012...Obama completed three years , and the democrats senate, repubs have house.......15,236,271,879,792.78......an increase of 1.17trillion

national debt on Jan 20, 2013...Obama completed four years , and the repubs have both house.......16,432,619,424,703.06......an increase of 1.19trillion

national debt on Jan 20, 2014...Obama completed five years , and the repubs have both houses.......17,273,683,713,523.05......an increase of 841 billion

national debt on Jan 20, 2015...Obama completed six years , and the repubs have both houses.......18,086,048,044,499.39......an increase of 812 bilion

total of just 6 years of Obama.......7.4 trillion

so bush spent way too much at 5 trillion in eight years....yet it seems to be perfectly ok for Obama to spent 7.4 trillion in only 6 years

TARP Was President Bush, not President Obama.

the 280 billion you named was included in both tarp an the stimulus, so you are double counting.

Last but not least, the Stimulus was 787 billion, much of which was allocated, but never actually spent. 288 billion of it was direct tax relief, not new spending.

So at best, your numbers get you to maybe 1 trillion, which is 12.5% of your 8 trillion dollar goal.

ill wait.

I'd like for ONE PERSON in this thread - liberal or conservative - that can tell me that is in any way acceptable?

You know, I used to chuckle at conspiracy theorists who said Obama is trying to destroy America (financially and morally, among other ways) but no longer do I believe it is a conspiracy; America has almost been destroyed by his (not yet over) fiasco...

It's never acceptable and never will be acceptable, but what do you expect from somebody who wants big [and very inefficient] government, a lot of wasteful entitlement programs, among other things that have hindered economic growth and discouraged businesses from hiring, one such example is the disastrous ACA/Obamacare.

The destruction of America started January 20th, 2009, and hopefully it'll stop before it's too late. It's going to be a very tough job for the next person in office to fix the disasters Obama created.

The welfare state here has drawn 20 million takers.. all illegals.... and social security for Americans who paid in for it is in jeopardy. The old people will be cut, those paying in now will get nada...because the illegals are eating the Americans lunch, whether you are a democrat or republican, and your kids will be taxed to death with no giveaways when it all goes down to our countries bankruptcy. Thank socialism as we see Obama allowing it and welcoming them to eat your lunch. Wake up Americans..
