Whether you like it or not, that is his job which he intends to do no matter how those like you whine.

By which account? You are completely ignoring the facts presented by the soldiers who were there!

What is wrong with you?
Some where killed doing road security and monitoring elections, what do you have that verifies they were searching.

So you admit that the military will decide, not you. Then perhaps it is time for you to cease claiming things that you have no knowledge of or military history to back up your statements, just wishful dreaming.

It's his job to threaten intervention even before the verdict, interesting.

How about the eyewitness accounts of those, unlike you, who were there.

That is what I have been stating for 60 pages now.

Did you think the decision rests with me?

It is if it is Bergdahls job to decide military policy, which you claim to think is fine.

Bergdahl should get life for the lives lost unnecessarily because of him.

You don't think orders have come down from high to make this appear to be something it isn't?

The whole thing is politics!!!

Maybe we should give him a medal, huh?

BEST POST IN THIS THREAD!!!
It has been noted several times that NO ONE DIED looking for him.

That is the sworn testimony of witnesses FOR THE PROSECUTION at the hearing.

"Prosecutors offered three witnesses describing the search for the missing soldier at a hearing Thursday in San Antonio that will help decide if Bergdahl faces a court martial.

Contradicting some talk radio hosts and politicians who have called Bergdahl a traitor, the witnesses said nobody was killed during the search, which started with Billings' platoon and turned into a 45-day effort involving thousands of U.S. and Afghan troops."

Testimony: no one was killed in lengthy search for Bergdahl - Houston Chronicle

The media has been full of accusations against this man since he was returned.
People are welcome to whatever their opinions are based on what essentially constitutes hearsay, however, if it wasn't given as testimony, it has no bearing on how this case will be decided.

That is all.

Serious questions:

Were they offered as testimony or included in the pre-hearing reports?
