Except Denmark has a higher immigration rate than the US and Sweden has a much, much higher immigration rate.

And these are mostly refugees from the Middle East and Africa. Not the most attractive immigrants.

Think a huge issue with socialism is the implementation of healthcare. Definitely healthcare needs to change in the U.S. only positive can see out of changing U.S. government ideology.

Healthcare needs to change from a compulsory system to a taxed, social and private insurance. Need to get rid of penalizing people without insurance just implement everyone to have coverage when they enter hospital's. Cost will be covered by federal tax controlled by the government within the Department of Health and Services. Can also regulate cost of care and service's, but pharmacies/hospital's still have private ownership.

please....when you have a small population any immigration looks higher in %.......the U.S. takes over 1 million a year in legal immigration not counting the undocumented immigrants.........in a country of 320 million of course it will look less in % than a country like Denmark or Sweden that both countries combine has less than 15 million in population.

and we won't know how the refugees from the Middle East and Africa will work or transform those countries, its too early to tell but please the U.S.A is in a different category in immigration and volume, we have a track record for 200 years.....we went from 5 million people in 1800 to 340 million people in 2015, that's a massive track record that Denmark or Sweden can't never do because their systems can't sustain that high volume.

A country of 320 million has far more resources to accomodate these people. Immigration rate to the US is low compared to most other developed countries.

Sweden has a higher share of foreign born people than the US. Sweden has for decades admitted far, far more refugees than the US. Mostly from the Middle East and Africa. Same with Denmark.

Lightbulb Denmark (democratic socialist) is the #1 nation in the WORLD

I'll say this for the Danes:

1. They have very good beer

2. They have the world's best bacon.

Both very strong recommendations.

we weren't a country of 340 million in 1800, we were under 5 million.....and again you play the % game when that's not accurate when you compare big nations to small nations.

what are you talking about?......how do you explain the U.S.A going from 5 million to 340 million in just 200 years making us the #3 most populated country in the world behind China and India with a low immigration rate? please you don't know what you are talking about.

name me 1 country in the world that went from 5 million to 340 million people in 200 years and have the best GDP in the world to provide a better life for the immigrants that enter our country....name 1 with that high volume in just 200 years.

.

really? if that's the case China and India must have more resources to offer a better life for immigrants since they have more people than the U.S.A...

is that how you measure resources in a country? the more people in a country the more resources they have to take massive immigration? lol

Yes, a country like China would have more resources to take in more immigrants than Sweden. Its about infrastructure, homes, jobs, human resources (doctors, psychologists etc etc).

But they dont admit any refugees while Sweden admits hundreds of thousands.

It's close to 100% Northern Europeans who make up that country. This is why they are successful. If the demographics of the USA were similar, it would be the #1 nation in the world. (as it was at one time)

Can somebody explain how the U.S. went from under 5 million in 1800 to 340 million in just 200 years if some here say we have a low immigration rate compared to others developed countries?

Germany is the most populated country in Europe with 80 million and they have existed centuries longer than the Republic of the United States......in just 200 years we surpassed them by over 4 times but we have a low immigration rate? LMAO!!!!

got to laugh how people try to put down the great accomplishments of the U.S.
