That is a fact. On 15 December 2011, U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta officially declared the Iraq War over, at a flag lowering ceremony in Baghdad. US maintained the massive embassy in Baghdad, and three consulates, but the war effort was over.

In your opinion the war continued, and like I said, you are welcome to your opinion.

Yeah, Bush was wrong for his wars and Obama is just as wrong for continuing and expanding them.
