actually impeachment would be a done deal, if the case i compelling enough, conviction in the senate however is where the problem lies. remember articles of impeachment only need a majority vote in the house, they need 2/3 of the senate though to convict.
Koskinen can still be impeached by the house, but it's doubtful the Senate will vote to remove him from office.
Everyone that is concerned about not becoming a corrupt 3rd world society cares about this.

I'm voting for Sanders.....I still care. We must have absolute trust in the IRS or the entire system starts to rot. This IRS can not be trusted.
Excellent. Lois Lerner getting off scot free tells us that the new Attorney General is just as corrupt and under Obama's thumb as the last one. That decision not to prosecute her is abominable in addition to being corrupt.

That lying SOB should have been fired a long time ago. It's a perfect example of how corrupt Washington establishment and the Obama Administration is that they allow a lying MF like that run an agency that takes money from working Americans and use their power against those same Americans based on political speech. He should be hung for treason and the IRS disbanded for so violating public trust!
One thing that needs to be brought to the front and spot lighted here is that IRS's refusal to grant a non-profit tax status to so many groups that were simply trying to support our Constitution by backing political candidates who believe in said document caused possible election outcome difference. A huge possibility of this. That in itself is, IMHO, a terrible injustice to America.

That's every bit as much Boehners fault. He had the ability to have her held in contempt and arrested. He was more concerned about how that would affect him and party. The A.G. should be held to a different standard?

I think it is doing the opposite. It is drawing the public eye to their inability to focus on things American people think are important and instead spending millions in tax payer money to play partisan witch hunts.
