Mormons, unlike many Christian churches, while their doctrine may conflict with LGBT values, they have taken a giant step forward in support of their scriptures and equality, by if not supporting, at least tolerating people of all kinds. I really respect them for that.

I live just outside the Salt Lake City limits, so I wasn't able to vote in this election, but I am thrilled for Jackie Biskupski and for the people of Salt Lake City. P.S. I'm a Mormon.

If they can perform their job without having to say "look at me I'm Gay" then good for them but as others I agree BFD.
