Exploitation of cheap labor expands their ability to offer more free stuff to their core constituency while ensuring a future supply of their core constituency.

And illegal votes.
Liberals have permanently ascribed the term "exploit" to "capitalists".
But, you're probably right - Liberals probably view "human resources" as political asset.
Why didn't liberals attempt to increase LEGAL immigration of Hispanics?
They have increased the level of legal immigration several times. We allow a million legal immigrants a year. Obama is trying to bring in more muslim 'refugees', more HB1 workers etc. Liberals are for legalizing illegals with amnesty. When Obama couldn't get enough Republicans to support that, he went around congress and issued an Executive Action, now blocked by federal courts.
The answer to your question is the American people don't really support more legal and illegal immigration especially Republicans and their representative block the liberals.
If it were totally up to liberals, they'd be bringing in millions more 3rd worlders then buy them houses in your neighborhood.
Liberals also want multiculturalism and 'diversity'. The only thing that's considered diverse is less European percentage (and less conservative) everywhere in America (except in elite liberals neighborhoods and schools). Most illegal immigrants are considered diverse and multicultural.
I would like an answer to this one as well? What solution? Amnesty? That is hardly a solution.
I guess we have to pass it to know what's in it and discover what that solution is.
