You don't think Americans care about foreign policy and keeping terrorism off our shores? Sorry to break it to you but in the light of what happened in France, those issues ARE on the minds of many/most Americans tonight.

I have seen no evidence to confirm that highly repeated statement, at best, what we know is that the CBS moderators did the exact same thing every other group of moderators did which was give the campaigns an overview of what kinds of questions would be asked. They do this for both Democrats or Republicans, how else could republicans complain about the CNBC moderators not asking the questions they(the campaigns) were promised.
