I was going to say this on a different thread, but here is good enough .
Before martial law is called, all able bodied Americans need to get their CCW get armed and stockpile ammo and train , train , train.
With hundreds of thousands of refugees, and who knows how many Islamic terrorists flooding in, there is no way Home land security can deal with it all .
If you wait till after another terrorist attack here , martial law will be implemented, and you won't be able to get guns or ammo.
I think this is what the dems are hoping for.
