Some of those towns are so small you'd have trouble finding a large group of people together in one place... Colton, WA and San Ardo, CA are basically one street towns with a gas station and not much else.

Solvang? It's so quaint and Danish.

Knowing the capacity and capabilities of ISIS and we do not to take them seriously. If we don't and they do attack even some of these cities, whose at fault.

We know they have it in for us, anyone who thinks climate change is more threatening, then you fell for the DEM BOLOGNA! And as usual, they have there priorities all the hell screwed up. And the lies I do not find amusing in the least, after what has happened in Boston and in France. And now these new threats.

If they were all bologna and all talk, then that is a different story, but they are out to get us.

thought so. the couple towns i know would make for odd targets. carlsbad is a strange choice when right next door is oceanside and the main entrance to camp pendleton. solvang is more off a life-sized dollhouse than a city.

That is precisely why they want to target Texas, Texans are so full of themselves that a full blown Paris or Mumbai style attack will rattle them big time.

Also, how exactly are responding law enforcement supposed to tell the difference between the Rambo wannabes and the terrorists?

The Texas towns (not all could be called cities) all have major military presences. "Wyle" is either Wylie, where the Texas National Guard is located, or Kyle, which is proximal to USAF sites.
So no surprises that these would be singled out.

And as has been noted, the list is at least several months old. If the list is credible, I'm sure the US military and the TNG have taken appropriate security measures.

great, 1 month before i move to daniel island

kind of a baffling choice. There is tremendous military presence in the Charleston area, but none on Daniel Island.

i would presume that these locations are where specific military personnel live, rather than the locations of the military facilities themselves.

kind of a baffling choice, since it is a mostly-residential island. There is tremendous military presence in the region, but none within the municipal limits.
It's just a few miles upriver from one of the busiest container ports in the US. Tying off DI would effectively cripple the port.

How would targeting D.I. cripple the Charleston area ports? Charleston ports are spread out across the area, and like you said, DI is upriver. Daniel Island is sort of the opposite of a 'transportation hub.' It's more like a dead-end, difficult to get in and out.

Targeting the Naval Weapons Station or SPAWAR makes some sense, but that's in North Charleston / Hanahan.

I still think this list must've been compiled based on the residences of military personnel.
