Obama made good on his promise to use executive action to expand his authority and quietly signed the order called National Defense Resources Preparedness which puts our nation in a permanent state of martial law that only needs to be activated by the President, whenever he should so choose to do so.

Ohhh Man..I've lived thru "Martial Law" restrictions back in 1969..during the FLQ Crisis..and wouldn't wish that on anybody..But sometimes, when circumstances become so dangerous..it has to be done...

My experience was not so much as living under it..as was training in Ontario Canada..and Martial Law declared in QUEBEC specifically in Montreal and surrounding area's..kidnappings, post boxes exploding, hostage negotiations for Politicians, deaths..and so on...direct route south out of Montreal to US border heavily guarded ..so ALL got stopped, sundown curfews, limited accesses to highways and byways..constant stopping to check vehicles..ID demanded..Yike's it was scary!! ( yeah..went home for visits at that time...SCAREEE!!

Anyway, It's usually short-lived (in my case)..unfortunately, given the contamination and homegrown terrorist signups in underground Websites..Nothing can be easily exterminated....To say "Multi-facited" prong offence would be minimal....

Many have already said..YOU CANNOT KILL an ideology.....Yep 1) get rid of land/cities/Caliphate central 2) shut down exit of local disenfranchised young folks to even go there 3) IF they do..NAME/Face/Digital footprint sent out worldwide..CANNOT enter civilized world ever again 4) Ability to shut down these websites or recruitment (needs APP suppliers to gut their availability) by being able to at least monitor them ( which Silicon Valley so far has BLOCKED helping!! ( What's next..Silicon Valley getting sanctioned..charged with conspiracy or worse??) 5) Adding and abetting known terror cells..could be charged with murder just like any other person who took part in a murder..Boy..I could go on!!

Sorry..Martial Law declared, would have to be done State by State..and IF Federally mandated..THEY would have to inform State by State rules of engagement...and IF State's refused to follow those rules..BAM!! Aiding and Abetting charges would be charged against whomever in that STATE refusing such a mandate...LOL This goes way beyond NOT adopting ACA
