Are you serious? What do you not understand about the statement "every single major Science Institution worldwide"? Do you really not know WHY all the major Science Institutions worldwide accept anthropogenic climate change? Because of the long established physics and the overwhelming consilience of evidence presented in tens of thousands of published research papers. I only noted the APS because they just announced that they had recently updated their previous 2007 Statement on Climate Change.

But that 1930s drought was at least partly man-made as well, namely exacerbated by unsustainable farming practices.
To the extent the models have failed, they've largely underestimated how badly the climate has changed. For example, sea level rose 6cm from 1990-2010, which was at the absolute top end of the range predicted by IPCC models.
The drought wasn't man made. The dust that came about from it was, due to bad farming practices.
