Right.

"Reasonable Accommodations" does not equate to Special Snow-Flake Treatment. Nothing to see here. Just another garden-variety nutter trying to play both the PTSD Card and the Vietnam Card to milk all the sympathy he can.

Even blind people are required to read and to follow the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

If the filing fees or other court costs are at issue, then the vet should have filed a Motion in Pauperis Forma to have the costs and fees waived.

PTSD ain't something to laugh at. I'm not a vet but; I suffer from it so I understand where many vets come from. Not nice.

I am married to a VN vet w/PTSD it is a serious thing. however from what the first link showed was the suit was rejected because it was not written as required to proceed. he needs to hire a lawyer who an write it up in the proper form so he can proceed
