Where are you getting your information? Speculation? We don't know anything about this man yet. Nothing has been released. All we know is his name, and that he was from North Carolina. someone that goes into or around a public building or site, shoots at people, killing three and holding hostages and or a standoff with police for hours is a domestic terrorist.
