This isn't lawless, Bush did the same.

What $3B.

President Cruz, that's pretty funny.

I wonder if other countries understand how crazy the American Right is about climate change?

I have no doubt any GOP president will destroy any accomplishments, just like Reagan petulantly removed the White House solar panels.

ok, one more time for those that were not listening, this isnt about climate change, and helping poorer countries cut emissions, or any of that garbage. this is about how can the UN fleece the richer countries, so they can redistribute that fleeced wealth to the poorer countries.

note that china and india ARE EXEMPT from any of this taxation, despite the fact that china is the worlds LARGEST emitter of carbon dioxide, and india is increasing quickly.

US emissions of carbon dioxide are DOWN since kyoto.

but again dont think this is about cutting emissions, or doing anything about climate change, which we cant anyway, its about control, and its about giving that control to the UN. so stop thinking this is about climate change.

not really...

In 1977, Jimmy Carter had solar panel installed on the roof of the West Wing, on top of the Cabinet Room. These were removed in the Reagan era because they were useless, inefficient and disrupted the look of the building, and mainly because of leakage problems, but in 2002 they were reinstalled by the second Bush(w) administration, along with new solar collector systems on the Swimming Pool cabana and groundskeeping building. 2002 August, when, over the course of three days, the White House had 167 solar energy panels placed atop a maintenance building outside the residence. On two other buildings -- an adjoining maintenance building and the president's cabana -- systems were installed that will help heat the water for, among other uses, the presidential pool and spa.

Yes, early panels were pretty inefficient.......that's the way technology works. Should have NASA waited to get computers until they were more efficient?

They way I understand it a watch holds more computing ability than the computers that sent men to the moon.

This sounds like Copenhagen all over again.

Hopefully this will end just like Copenhagen..nothing gets done and everyone goes home.
