What a cop out! Democrats made this sausage! This "plan" and "design" is their creation! It's NOT the GOP's responsibility to fix a "plan" or "design" that NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM VOTED FOR and whose input was soundly defeated during the sausage-making process.

How could the Democrats NOT see that the "plan" and "design" wouldn't be workable given that the other half of Congress never approved of it? If they didn't have the foresight to understand the consequences of their partisan actions, who's fault is that?

HINT: NOT REPUBLICANS!

The Dems create this mess called Obamacare but refuse to even acknowledge or try to fix the flaws.

Instead the outrage is at the GOP for not "fixing it".

Actually it is. That is precisely what a legislator's job is: to improve legislation, regardless of your party, regardless of where the law originated, and regardless of whether the Democrats hurt your feeeeeelings.

They surveyed 1,014 adults in all 50 states including DC. The majority, 54% of responders said the ACA has had no effect, sorted by partisan:

Republican- 55%
Independent- 53%
Democrat- 56%

The percentage who said the ACA helped or hurt them increased in the same poll.

Regardless, a poll of 1,014 people is hardly representative of 315 million people, regardless of the outcome.

The Obamacare reinsurance program ends next year.
Last year the government reimbursed insurers $7.9 billion under this program.

What will happen then ?

So conservatives prevent the left wing from fixing anything, and then blame them for not fixing anything? Gee, what's wrong with that logic?

Haha... really? You think any solution outside of repeal would make it how far exactly? Republicans have to sign on for a solution b/c you've run the law-making branch since it's been implemented.

Can you give me the numbers for the bills Democrats introduced in the House and Senate to fix Obamacare.

I'm aware of ONE, the medical device tax repeal, that had some Democrat supporters. Of course your hero Harry Reid didn't allow a vote on it so Obama didn't have to veto it.

Face facts Frank - for all the blather about Republicans obstructing on the ACA, the people that passed it haven't done One. Single. Thing. to fix any aspect of any part of the bill.

Why are Democrats obstructing real health care reform Frank?

Not proposing bills guaranteed not to get past GOP Congress isn't "obstruction". What reform have Democrats obstructed? Feel free to be specific.

By that logic, I'm glad to see you agree that the GOP shouldn't waste time trying to fix the bill because Obama will veto anything the GOP passes.

This is the Democrats' monstrosity, they will own it and they will forever be responsible for its failings.

The only way we're going to get real health care reform is with a Republican President. So I encourage you to vote for the eventual GOP nominee. No meaningful health care reform is possible with a Democrat President.
