I heard a discussion of your first point today. At Columbine, the police arrived, gathered, planned, and then went in. Now, first one on scene goes.

However, no one gets upset at a party...runs home, throws on their tactical gear they have laying around the house, rigs the home with explosives, grabs a couple buddies willing to die for your party feud and then go on a killing spree...

Exactly sounds planned when you think about it.

Why are the very people who wanted to call the shooting outside of a Planned Parenthood location "terrorism" within minutes of it happening the same people who are acting like this is just some random instance of workplace violence? hmmmmmmm

Did the police make a PC blunder not releasing his name hours ago? Immediately releasing the suspects name that is still on the loose, might have alerted people that recognized him and his whereabouts. Also plastering his face and picture all over the TV could inhibit his movement.

There is no vetting process that can guarantee 100% moderate Muslim refugees.
Even if FBI does manage to do that, after a few years a certain % of these Moderates will turn into Jihadists.

That was standard procedure back in the day.

Read up on the The North Holloywood Shootout in 1997 if you want to see how dramatic the changes in strategy, tactics and policies have changed in American Policing.

and just what would you have them do that wont violate the constitution, AND be effective at the same time? you and your gun grabbers buddies in the media constantly harp on congress for not doing anything, but how about law enforcement? why are they not enforcing the laws on the books already? why is your golden boy obama not ordering the ATF and other federal agencies to go out and shut down the black market for guns? why isnt obamas justice department not cracking down on criminals that use guns to commit crimes?

instead of going after congress, go after the ones that refuse to enforce the laws.
