That wasn't an insult, that was stating a fact about anyone who feels the need to trophy hunt has small genitals. He probably own a Porsche too because their seats are designed for people with small genitals.
An inconvenience, like a background check or not being able to buy a clip as large as you would like, is not a punishment.
