It's probably true. Ted Kennedy was on the no fly list and it took him 3 weeks of direct communication with the head of DHS to get his name removed.

A lot of these lists are automated from all the data the USG collects. A few key words in email or phone call and *blammo*..you too are on the "list".

I wish the congressmen had put forth some evidence to back up his claim.


The TSA administrator is limited to one 5 year term, So he didnt resign, he simply left office when his term was over.

Seems a little ironic that liberals are sooo upset about those on the terror watch list being able to buy guns, but not so concerned about them working for Homeland Security.

There is no proof this study was even done, let alone that the individuals mentioned are terrorist. You can be on the terror watch list because you know someone who has ties to terrorist( so, 3rd party relations).
