Leave Christmas to the malls and your home.

It's safer that way and no one will get "offended".

Most people don't know the "real point of the season".

A pagan week long ceremony to the god Saturn with heavy partying, gambling and lawlessness for the adults.

That's your original "Christmas".

I'll assume that's an autocorrect mishap, but it did give me a laugh.

LOL...sometimes I hate that the autocorrect puts in the wrong words.
I caught the change of pagan to page and fixed it but missed the "wonton".

After 25 pages, here's what the "War on Christmas" boils down to: "Waaah! That guy said Happy Holidays to me instead of Merry Christmas!"

When someone says "Happy Holidays" to me, I don't get offended, I just say "Thank you! Happy Holidays to you too!"
When someone says "Merry Christmas" to me, I don't get offended, I just say "Thank You! Merry Christmas to you too!"
How hard is that?

I'm in.

Where did you say this was taking place again?

Casual attire or black tie?

Hmm, kind of like Rock Center and Bryant Park in NYC. Been lately? The "War on X" metaphor has been extended to ridiculous proportions--especially given the literal war zones around the world.

Exactly why Christmas was banned for so long in the Colonies.

So much anger about a pointless holiday. I wonder how some of you handle having big boy problems

Agreed. I used to love the Nativity scenes and such when I was little. Now it is all about mad consumerism and bickering over stupid stuff. Every time I see that Best Buy " Win the Holidays" series of ads, I want to puke.
