Doesn't matter how strict you make the law against "terrorists" there will be those that get guns.

Mr. and Mrs. Farook weren't on any lists and had no criminal records.

What you want is Minority Report...someone to see into the future and name those terrorists so you can get them before they get you..right ?

I was very much expecting it to be a real stinker......gun-grabs, cherishing Muslims, etc.

So when it turned-out to be basically a speech that said, well, not much......that highly impressed me.

Very sneaky, nice!!!!!!

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter a whole lot who the President is. As long as Americans continue to defend crony capitalism without even realizing, nothing will change. Ideological debates are superficial and divert attention away from the real issue.

No guns for no fly and no boots on the ground are distractions from the far more serious issues of preventing jihadis from entering the US and strictly monitored mosque activities.
What is Obama doing about those things?

No, but it seems like conservatives do. They expect Obama to prevent all terrorism but what exactly are the means to do so? Remember, Mr. Farook was a US citizen and thus had the same Constitutional rights we expect for all. So are you conceding that there is absolutely nothing Obama or anybody could have done to prevent this attack!

There isn't.

But a well armed populace can take that terrorist(s) out when the need arises.

As a Republican it's hard to say "Hurrah Mr Obama". He gave a great accessment of the steps needed to rid the world of the likes of these psychopathic ISIS And ISIL . As for Islamics not radicalized maybe they have been indoctrinated into a counterfeit faith in need of soul / heart realignment with a shot of Jesus Christ!!! Millions are victims of a pagan idiology whether radicalized or moderate.

Which terrorists? The ones in Europe or the ones in the Americas?

Obama is very guilty of crony capitalism yet you support him.

No they can't. Guy opens fire with an AK in the back of a full room. You are armed but sitting in front with 50 people between you. Not only are you outgunned but have to avoid dozens of panicking people. Good luck. Guns protect you from a home invasion, not a mass shooting.
