Interesting, but not really surprising.

The same thing is going to happen in the United States in November 2016 thanks to the extremist left-wing policies embraced by today's Democrat Party.
If Americans knew more about the platform of the National Front and its constituents, you'd probably be screaming that they were "Commies!!!!!!" They have been playing the immigrant card and now the Muslim card because it gets votes, and votes get parties into power. Many of their basic goals would send chills down the spine of any red-blooded American GOP right winger.

The Socialists in France were extremely unpopular in the polling before the Paris attacks due to the economy and that is the same with Venezuela.

I think the recent Islamic attacks and memories of 10 years ago Muslim youths rioting in Paris have pushed more people towards Le Pen at the same time Hollande was imploding.

Thank goodness. Some sense common sense finally restored in Europe.

As their movement grows, I hope they do not shy from punishing the left wing lawmakers who stole freedom of speech from their own constituents by jailing those who spoke out against the poison of Islam. Lock them in a dungeon with their own terrorist pets.

Most of these parties support the traditional European welfare state. None of them have small/limited government points of view like the Republican Party has in the United States. Many if not most of their supporters are working people who formerly voted for various Socialist parties. It is only their opposition to mass immigration that makes them "far-right" in the eyes of the political/media establishment. Why is that so? Why is opposition to immigration the one and only thing that cannot be tolerated by the elite?

The National Front is a populous political party that believes in protecting French workers and citizens and supports the welfare state. There is nothing "far-right" about that.
Well, the National Front has long appealed to xenophobia in France. Jean Marie Le Pen, the party's founder and father of Marine Le Pen, has been well known for his anti-Semetic screeds and Holocaust denying comments. She's kind of cleaned up the FN's image a bit, but it's really old wine in new bottles.

Indications are pointing to Front National winning ZERO regions. Way to go France.

Marine's own niece is more true of a French patriot than her aunt is. I wonder when something like this happens in Germany? Its happened in Poland,Hungary,Austria pretty much all across Europe its happening except for the 2 worst cases. Germany and England.

what she's doing is called "playing the game"... just enough not to be
railroaded.
the last thing she can do is make sworn enemies out of the press and the banks.
she's one up.
wait until she is in office, then you'll see.
