His statement is that ALL muslims are fundamentally part of an islamic theocracy. Which one? Saudi Arabia? Iran? Etc? They are all ruled by various sects of Islam but are sovereign from each other. What kind of muslims are they? Sunni? Shi'ite? Sufis? It's like saying baptists are the same as mormons.
According to his argument under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 Catholicism would be banned because the Catholicism is "ruled" by the Vatican which is a christian theocratic government. It could be argued that Israel is a theocracy.
So where do American Jews and Catholics loyalties really lie?
