Post #105.....go and reread the law I posted, all the way to the bottom where it states who is exempt.

I agree... It is however a law. The same kind of legislation that is proposed by politicians every day in regards to gun laws. It gets them re-elected and means nothing.

Yes I do. You however, are ignoring the fact that it is a law, irrespective of its effect. The same principle applies to the laws that are being suggested for gun control.. They are as Bent Bow said. Feel good legislation.

I am not saying it isn't a law, I am saying it is mandatory in name only.
