I don't think that Obama will pardon him, from what I understand his trial still comes up in February.

This deserter who got fellow soldiers, with families who loved them, killed looking for his sorry ass should be punished in the harshest possible way allowed by law. I have no sympathy at all for Bergdahl, the man that Obama took credit for rescuing.
