You want to "crack down" on the 2nd amendment so you refuse to recognize CCP from 25 states....a CCP is hard to get you actually have to pass background check even if you didn't do so when you bought the weapon,some states require training or safety classes. The AG and Governor are morons! Out of State gun owners always have the option to OPEN CARRY when they come to VA so now you are just going to see a lot more open carry guns all over the place! I hope that one day it'll be that damn Libertarian kicking the crap out of both the Ds and Rs. Rarely are any of us better off with the other side. It's time to move to the true middle, with people who actually care about the citizens and their rights.

What's funny is that most of Virginia is Red. If it were by Land, the Democrats would had lost big time. What the problem is, is the DC people crossing over the bridges at night to go "home". There just ain't enough land in DC or enough decent neighborhoods to keep them there and the real Virginia gets the shaft. It's not just Virginia though, as other states have this problem.
