Ryan is second in line to the presidency. Do you suppose Captain Obama calls Joe "Number One" and will start calling Ryan Number Two?

Fury of the right falls on Ryan | TheHill
Tabloid garbage where a couple of people now speak for an entire segment of the population. He goes from a snake to a snake with a beard.

Taken from your link.

Doesn't sound like it's a maelstrom of controversy to me, more of a made up tempest in a teapot.

Conservatives are upset he went back on his word and passed this colossal mistake of a budget. The beard issue is a straw-man argument trying to deflect attention.

Please feel free to waste more time and bandwidth on this though. It's a clear non-issue, but that seems to be all the left has to work with these days.
What do you have against beards?

I always thought he was a closet Muslim. Probably a Marxist and Communist too.

Everyone has beards these days, from hip kids to guys in the country to aging male celebrities. It's all over the world, I was in China this year and there's Chinese hipsters trying to grow beards, though like me(half-Chinese) it's kind of tough to get that full cheek growth for East Asians.

Though it's funny that rednecks and suburban bros are just about the only ones with goatees anymore, that's a big shift from the 90s--the goatee is like a mullet at this point.

I think the culture has reached peak beard though and pretty soon it'll slowly start to shift a little back to shaving.

Well California isn't Oregon.
