I've never seen that and that would be an important equation. I've read a lot on this case and not once have I seen that brought up. Would you mind providing the information on that?

That article does not support the claims that were made.
I do not care who screwed up and created the situation that resulted in the wrongful death if that kid. They should all be charged with negligent homicide or manslaughter. They screwed up and should be prosecuted.
If the kid would have not been pointing a gun and NOT had the cops called....he would still be alive, right?
Thank you. This points out even more incompetence on the part of the force overall does it not? I do not know of any crime she could be charged with. Do you? Present it and it can be discussed.
There is risk in many things that kids do but we depend on police to act professionally, I don't see how anyone can defend the actions of the police.
The police was found not guilty buy the court....so it appears you are the one we need to wonder about understanding....well....anything....you know, like the LAW.....

It's not about that. It's about taking precautions to ensure the safety of children. Police do make mistakes. Not all are bad and they face a lot of danger, especially in certain places. Parents have to be more careful.
