Default Obama and Executive Orders

Someone needs to take a stand, one way or the other. Politicians love to prance around the issues and then do nothing. And I mean nothing. At least he has the cajones to do something and maybe that will motivate you, yes you, to get off you couch and maybe right a letter or send an email to your representative. But, we both know how that works, You probably wont do anything, so why should anyone else? Good for Obama! At least he CAN do what no one else in government wants to do.

Why would I want more stupid laws that do nothing to stop criminals or terrorist. The point is he has a habit of going beyond what he can do with his pen. What other president made illegal immigrants legal without congress?

ANY action the President can do to advance gun control is welcome, even a minor one. If the do-nothing Congress would get off its collective behind and worry about the people instead of the NRA, we'd ALL be much better off.

So, the fix is more laws?
Just pointing out the flaw in that poster's logic. Nothing more.

Is it unconstitutional or beyond his authority? If it goes against the tenets of our system, the legislative and judicial branches are supposed to protect us from a over zealous executive, and they have not. So he is either within his authority, they are in agreement, or they don't care.
