You still need to change your words. A private party absolutely CAN buy a handgun out of state from a dealer or private party... just not if you live in MA apparently.
No, you cannot buy a handgun out of state without going through an in state FFL. This is a federal law applicable in all states.

You are again lacking an understanding of the issues at hand.

And yes, there would be a charge... here in TX, it's typically $15 to $25. The buyer or seller would have to cover that. Taxpayers would not be on the hook for this, only the people who want to buy/sell guns... you know, the people who are currently paying these fees for buying guns anyway.
So, the law has not been created and you're the expert? What if it's decided both ends will pay by either the government or the FFL's?
Talk about making things up as you go. As for who pays, of course TAXPAYERS are paying for it unless all people that buy/sell do not pay taxes. Please tell me if the fees received are taxable?

We won't even mention the administration costs on the government end, I'm sure that's free right?

The ruling was only applicable to the specific person that challenged it. More court cases are need, tho that is indeed a good start. Again, catch up.

Uh, you think a federal court case striking down a law as unconstitutional only is applicable to the people who filed the suit?

LOL Now I've heard everything.

Is that why it is still impossible to buy a handgun at an out of state FFL? This needs to go to scotus to become the law of the land.

It's quite clear that Progressives have no problem with the president rewriting laws but they will lose in SCOTUS.

Executive Orders
And yet Trump will be worse at it than Obama ever was because he's too much of a doer.
